Observation-based
Montessori education is a child-centered approach that emphasizes observing each child and understanding their individual needs and interests. Teachers carefully observe each child in the classroom — their behaviour, interests, and abilities — and use what they see to shape individualized learning. The curriculum, materials, and teaching methods all respond to the child's strengths, and self-directed learning lets children explore and choose their own activities. This helps children develop a lifelong love of learning and become self-motivated, independent, and confident.
